The owner asked if I could build him an indoor tennis court. As a young designer, I was a fan of architect Philip Johnson, especially his Glass House in New Cannan, CT. so it was the inspiration for the project. Approved and constructed with “no variances” as a single family home, it is beautifully sited on five acres of woodland property in North Jersey, minutes from NYC.
